The curved structure of the bridge is located at an altitude of 250m, which is protected by 4 towers with many uses, including offices, apartments, retail areas and hotels. Two adjacent 350m high-rise towers connected with two smaller aerial bridges. A total of 8 towers are expected to be built in the project.

Inside Conservatory there is an infinity pool, hanging gardens and observation decks. Conservatory has a steel frame structure weighing 12,000 tons covered with 3,200 glass panels and 4,800 aluminum panels. The engineering company Arup is collaborating with the architects team to identify potential hazards such as high winds and seismic activity.
"In order to build effectively, the steel structure was originally divided into 9 sections, 4 sections were built in place above 4 towers, 3 sections were suspended between 4 towers built on the ground and pulled into place by the system. Dedicated hydraulic jacks, and two key beam sections are assembled in short bursts from both ends of the right and outermost outer tower , " explains CapitaLand.
The project is under construction and expected to open in 2019. (Photo: CapitaLand).
The steel structure of Conservatory will be completely constructed in mid-2018. After that, the glass will be installed together with plants and plants for hanging gardens. Conservatory will be open to visitors in 2019.
Chongqing Raffles Project also aims to meet green building standards (LEED Gold), apply energy-saving measures such as shade optimization to reduce temperature, effective irrigation systems, recycling waste. construction and use of partially recycled construction materials.
