The first car in the world will be sold next year

PAL-V in the Netherlands will launch the first aircraft capable of carrying two passengers at speeds above 180km / h to the market in 2019.

The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the Federal Aviation Administration of America (FAA) have granted certification for the model. The PAL-V Liberty is designed with two seats and a carrying capacity of over 908kg. The PAL-V Liberty can operate as a car and plane, and each mode has different features.

In vehicle mode, the vehicle has a maximum speed of 160km / h and a range of 1,315km. In flight mode, the highest speed that the vehicle can achieve is 180km / h but the range is reduced to 500km with enough fuel for 30 minutes and carrying one passenger.

Owners of the PAL-V Libert are required to have a pilot's license as well as a large area or separate airport to take off. According to Tech Crunch, the transition from car mode to flight mode takes about 5 - 10 minutes.
