SPT is officially allowed to set up domestic and international VT networks
The ceremony to grant a license to set up a network and provide domestic and international long-distance fixed-line telecommunication services to Saigon Post and Telecommunication Services Joint Stock Company has just been held on the afternoon of December 21 at the headquarters Post and Telecommunication.
With two licenses granted by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications today, one is to set up a domestic fixed network and one is for setting up an international fixed network, Minister Do Trung Ta said SPT.

After 11 years of official participation in Vietnam Post, Telecommunications and IT market, receiving the network establishment license today according to SPT General Director Pham Ngoc Tuan marked the maturity step of SPT, increasing internal force. and the strength of businesses to be competitive in the context of Vietnam's WTO accession. As expected, by the end of 2007, early 2008 SPT will officially embark on the construction of a domestic and international fixed telecommunications network infrastructure.
