Start the project 'Smart library - Tomorrow tomorrow'

On September 7, Samsung Vina Electronics Co., Ltd. officially launched the community project 'Smart Library - Wisdom tomorrow'.

This project aims to create more reading and learning conditions for junior high school students in the suburbs - where the school library system is lacking and access to students' books and newspapers have a lots of restrictions

It is expected that the first phase of the project will take place from the beginning of September to the end of December 2011 at 15 secondary schools in 4 priority areas nationwide. In the next phases of the project, Samsung will expand the smart library model to more schools nationwide and step by step contribute to building reading culture in the community.

According to the plan, each library and Samsung will donate 300 titles (about 1000 books) in different categories such as education, reference, literature, science, foreign languages, dictionaries . and some heads newspaper for teens.

This project initially received the support and support of Professor Ngo Bao Chau, Translator Tran Dang Khoa, writer Nguyen Ngoc Tu, Singer My Linh and his family. Lac Viet Informatics Joint Stock Company is the project support unit for technical part, with Vebrary library management software and some e-books (e-books).
