This condition causes infertility, with superficial symptoms such as decreased libido, depression, lack of concentration and learning difficulties. About half of the sick do not realize this, usually because they are mild.

The first noticeable signs of the disease are non-physical symptoms, such as lack of attention, trouble in pronunciation and talking, shyness, clumsiness and dislike of physical games. .

Richard's tests show that he has mosaic-like Klinefelter syndrome - meaning that not all cells in his body are ill.
