Strange disease turns a young woman into a

A rare genetic disease is slowly crippling the whole body of a beautiful British girl and will eventually turn her into a living statue.

Seanie Nammock, 17, from West London, England is struggling with a common FOP disease called "petrified people" . This type of disorder is turning her muscles and ligaments into bones.

So far, the disease has progressed to the point where Nammock's arms are "locked up" in a position to bend across the waist, making them unable to move. The development of more bones on the shoulder also makes it impossible for her to cross her waist and always struggle to brush her teeth, wash her hair, or wear clothes without help.

Nammock's condition is expected to become more serious. Any small bumps cause a painful explosion, stimulating bone growth to tighten her joints.

Nammock is currently unable to inject or biopsy because they can cause unwanted bone formation. The strange disease also makes this beautiful girl more prone to accidents due to the difficulty of grasping the stair railing when up and down and the immobile arms affect the balance of the body.

Statistics show that only about 600 people worldwide are diagnosed with FOP syndrome. This disease is currently also irreparable.

Despite the incurable disease, Nammock still happily pursued his passions. She likes to cook, go shopping and have fun with friends.

Nammock's family is trying to raise nearly $ 200,000 in donations to fund a FOP research group in the UK, hoping they will find a way to save her life.
