Strong cold air rushed back, the North decreased 5 degrees

This morning, the intensified cold air covered the whole North, the daytime temperature dropped about 5 degrees Celsius, the lowest in the mountains to below 12 degrees.

This cold air is drier so it will help the Northern weather less moist. It is expected that this cold spell will last about 3 days, in which tomorrow will be the coldest of the wave.

Compared to yesterday, the daytime heat in Hanoi capital today dropped about 4 degrees Celsius, from 23 degrees to 18 degrees Celsius. The cold with scattered little rain.

At sea, from this morning in the Gulf of Tonkin, strong north-east winds to level 6, level 7 jerk.
