A research group of Cat Tien National Park has just experimentally grown into Hoang Bach mushroom (Pleurotus Cornucopiae) . This is a precious mushroom, very delicious, sweeter and very less moldy than some genera of the same genera as white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus pulmonarius).
