Switzerland operates the plant

According to Inhabitat, the world's first factory to collect carbon dioxide from the air to produce heat was operated in Zurich, Switzerland. According to Fast Company data, startup company Climeworks, the plant's organization, believes hundreds of thousands of such factories must be built to solve the planet's environmental problems.

The blades in the factory will draw air, filter CO 2 and the heat generated to the greenhouses through underground pipes. Greenhouse is not the only place to use CO2, but CO 2 can also be used to make carbonated beverages or to create fuel.

The plant performs the same function as plants, but to be able to handle equivalent carbon dioxide, the plant only needs 1 / 1,000 of the area of that plant. These plants can be built in areas that are not suitable for agriculture.

The first plant in Switzerland can handle about 900 tons of CO2 per year, equivalent to the amount of carbon dioxide that 200 cars emit into the atmosphere. To handle 1% of the world's total carbon dioxide emissions by 2025, Climeworks Company needs 750,000 devices to collect carbon dioxide from the air. The company plans to expand production to collect more than 10 giga tonnes of CO2 each year during the period 2040-2050.

We all know that the world's ecological environment problem is getting worse. According to scientists, the average temperature may rise by 1.5 degrees Celsius by 2026 - this could lead to the fact that by the middle of this century, the lives of 350 million people will be threatened by lack of country.
