Russia's Progress M-13M has left the International Space Station (ISS) to end its mission in the Pacific, according to RIA Novosti.

The mysterious 6-kilogram metal ball, discovered in Namibia in the second half of November, is believed to be part of the third floor of the rocket.

The return of Earth by ISS crew is expected before September 8, but it may be postponed without the investigation of the Soyuz U missile crash with the spacecraft 'Progress M-12M'
