Early this morning (August 16), Typhoon No. 4 passed Lui Chau peninsula and went to the east of the Gulf of Tonkin.

At 10 o'clock on July 24, the location of the center of the storm is about 17.3 degrees Vi Bac; 111.1 degrees Kinh Dong, about 160km southeast of Hainan Island (China).
