Take 50 photos every day to remember your child's face

Every day after carrying her son into bed, Katie Booth sat in the kitchen and looked at the dozens of photos she took during the day.

Playing with her 3-year-old son Elliot in the park, going to the supermarket or other everyday images, she took pictures. Because unlike other mothers, Katie couldn't remember what she had done just a few hours later.

When four and a half months pregnant, Kaite had a life-threatening brain aneurysm . Until the baby was born, Katie had a short-term memory problem . The disease is very serious, Katie has to take up to 50 pictures a day to monitor her life.

Katie recorded all of her son's activities so she wouldn't forget

Katie's iPhone and camera flooded Elliot's son's image because she was afraid of losing precious moments.

"I took it everywhere I went with a list of things to do and the people I needed to call, as well as items in the refrigerator so I could avoid going to the supermarket twice a week. " , Katie, 34, explained.

"It's a strange way of life, but that's the only way I can remember . " She recalls: "I went through a normal pregnancy until one day, I had a terrible migraine. When Jonathan (Katie's husband) came home from work, he helped bring me to bed and put a cloth wet on my forehead to relieve pain, but after a few hours, the situation got worse, I vomited and screamed in pain, my left side of my body stiffened and I felt unconscious ".

She began to take photos of daily activities from August 2009.

When going to the hospital, the doctors explained that the pregnancy process has caused the aneurysm to develop, the vein is weakened, if not handled promptly, it will lead to death of both mother and child.

Fortunately, Katie recovered after the surgery but in July 2008, when Katie gave birth to Elliot by caesarean section, she suddenly lost her memory.

"The strangest is that I can remember everything from the past years but can't remember what I did in the morning. The doctors explained that part of my short-term memory control brain was damaged. They also believe that with time, it can be healed.
