Taking public buses is better for health than driving

A study by British scientists shows that traveling by public bus is healthier than driving by yourself.

To prove this conclusion, scientists at the University of Sussex (UK) conducted experiments for 30 volunteers.

The experiment was done by asking volunteers to drive and ride by bus to the same location. Along the way, volunteers will observe the heart rate and skin response to anxiety and stress.
