The first mobile wastewater analysis station in Vietnam

This station can analyze and give results immediately for organic toxins, dissolved oxygen, analysis of pH, acidity, alkalinity of wastewater.

At the seminar on 'the reality of industrial wastewater in Vietnam and the techniques for wastewater monitoring by mobile analytical stations' organized by the University of Natural Sciences on November 18, Associate Professor Bui Duy Cam, The former principal of the University of Natural Sciences, head of the Vietnam-Germany cooperation project on industrial wastewater treatment, said: This mobile wastewater analysis station acts as a laboratory.

The first model of mobile wastewater analysis station in Vietnam was introduced by Mr. Cam at the workshop

"The equipment for analyzing pollution in wastewater is arranged to install in container containers and will result in the analysis of pollution levels immediately , " said Cam.

These mobile waste water analyzer equipment and models are all part of a cooperation project between Vietnam and Germany in the period of 2012-2014 with a support of about 2.5 million euros.

Recently, industrial wastewater analysis equipment installed in containers has been piloted in a number of factories in Tra Noc industrial zone (Can Tho), which has been well evaluated by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

'Mobile waste water analyzers will help agencies when inspections have quick assessments and quick results. Simply drag this station to industrial zones, and when you bring in the water sample, there will be results and analytical data in a few minutes , 'Mr. Cam said.

According to Mr. Cam, this is the first mobile waste water analysis station in Vietnam. All projects and equipment have been handed over to the University of Natural Sciences by Germany.
