The fishman died of pneumonia
The American Shiloh Pepin, who suffers from "fish" disease (two legs sticking down from the waist down) died at age 10 due to pneumonia.
According to Huffingtonpost, Shiloh Pepin is one of the rare cases of this disease. When the baby was born, the doctors predicted that her life could only be counted by the day. It was a miracle that the girl lived up to this point.

Shiloh has only one incomplete, non-intestinal kidney or genital organ and the legs sticking from the hip down.
Some children with Shiloh's syndrome live because of two-leg surgery. But Shiloh can't because because if you split your legs, the blood vessels running from one side to the other will be broken. She had a kidney transplant twice, the last time in 2007.
With her bravery, she survived until 10 years old and died at Maine Medical Center on October 23 after a week of critical treatment.
