The photo set gives viewers a new perspective on combining science and art .

Dayna Bartoli is a famous Norwegian photographer, currently living and working in the United States. She is also one of the pioneers in incorporating science into art to create unique, creative works.

The main theme in her photos is human eyes (ophthalmic photography) . She focused on recording images of capillaries and blood circulation in the retina.

She founded a project called Florafaunal Angiography - which gathers pictures of beauty combining grass and human eyeball structure. This is a work that has attracted attention by creativity and parallelism between art and science.

When asked about the origin of this photo series, photographer Dayna said she has been doing eyeball photography for several years. The main purpose of the photos is to help doctors diagnose preoperative surgery. However, during her work, Dayna felt another beauty and meaning in each picture, so she decided to create the Florafaunal Angiography project, to honor this beauty in an artistic way.
