At 8:00 am EST, Japan successfully launched the Kounotori-5 spacecraft, bringing goods and supplies to the ISS International Space Station . This is considered a big step in Japan's contributions to the ISS research project.

Kounotori-5 is launched from Tanegashima Space Center. It carries 4.5 tons of cargo including food, water and personal belongings for astronauts. Along with devices for research and an electron telescope . Japanese Space Agency JAXA said they also brought biscuits to ISS and in the future it could be whiskey.

Japanese scientists said that bringing alcohol to the ISS Space Station could help them better understand the process of chemical change over time making wine better, along with the impact of gravity on it.

It is a rather strange study, but Japanese people are still known for such other ideas.
