The moon appears 'mysterious hut' in the dark half

The Chinese exploration robot Yutu-2 (Jade Rabbit 2) has suddenly discovered a cube-shaped object on the Moon, raising many doubts.

As part of the Chang'e 4 lunar mission (Chang'e 4), China's Yutu-2 probe robot, during a patrol pass through the Von Kármán crater, unexpectedly captured an image of an object cube-like "hut" full of mystery, located about 80 meters away.

Chinese space websites refer to this object as a "mystical little hut" on the Moon. "Is that a house built by aliens after the landing?" some asked. "Or is the pioneer spacecraft of the forefathers returning to explore the moon?".

However, according to space researchers, the mysterious object is probably just one of the large rocks of the moon, raised from below the surface by a geological disturbance event.

It is known that the Chinese space exploration group is currently planning to send the Yutu-2 robot to this location and take a closer look at the strange object. This process will take 2 to 3 months.

The reason it took so long is because the journey will take Yutu-2 through rugged, rocky terrain. In addition, the expedition ship also has to go through 2-3 lunar days, forcing them to turn off the system due to possible thermal overload (when the sun is shining directly), as well as to prevent it from running out of battery (when there is no electricity). light).

The dark side of the Moon has long been a mystery to astronomers. To date, no human has ever stood on this half of the Moon's surface.

Because the Moon rotates around itself at the same speed it orbits the blue planet, humans cannot see the far (dark) side of the Moon. In the past, some probes "saw" the dark side of the Moon in the distance but never landed.

In 2019, the Yutu-2 exploration robot became the first human observation device to be put on the dark side of the Moon, after China's Chang'e 4 lunar lander completed its "landing" mission. soft" onto this surface in January.

During this time, the robot scanned the far side of the Moon in detail, and detected a variety of strange materials, such as a gel-like substance, believed to be melted lunar rock.

Chang'e 4 is China's fourth mission and the second to land a rover on the surface of the Moon. The country's officials announced that they will establish a lunar research station on the Moon's south pole by 2029.
