The new discovery of a star is said to be a giant structure of aliens
Emitting oddly isolated lights, Tabby's Star makes people think that it is something that aliens have built.
Last year, the whole world was stunned (and somewhat apprehensive) with the discovery of an off star and unusually bright light, this could not be explained by any natural phenomenon. And of course, when there is no natural element, scientists have only one more thought: it is a giant structure of aliens built.
Many people think that something giant structure of aliens build.
Although the studies that followed this discovery also found no sign of aliens operating there, NASA's Kepler Telescope has taken it away for 1,600 days to track this "star" and last also discovered something strange.
The results of the observation are still being considered further by the astronomical community, which means that we do not have access to all that information.
But the basic information that we grasp is that Kepler tracks KIC 8462852 , also known as Tabby Star , dimmed at a surprising speed and this cannot be explained by any any cosmic phenomenon we know.
Tabby's Star in the universe.
But still does not mean that we have more evidence that it is some giant alien structure.
It is possible that this is something that is happening to a star - a phenomenon that we have never witnessed in the universe, or the combination of many strange phenomena together.
Kepler's research information was analyzed by two scientists at Caltech to find out how the other "star" changes its luminous intensity over a four-year period observed by Kepler.
In the first 1,000 days Kepler watched the star, its light-off was not really strong, only about 0.34% per year.
But in the next 200 days, the amount of light lost was over 2% and in total, it lost 3% of its brightness in a period of 4 years.
When comparing data with what was obtained from 193 nearby stars and 355 stars similar to Tabby's Star, the researchers did not find any such phenomenon.
But what is this really and how does this happen? We still don't know.
The most positive answer is probably a combination of many different cosmic phenomena, perhaps that is what still confuses us, because that is certainly not a single phenomenon. that we know about.
Kepler's new discovery has shown that Tabby's Star is turning off twice as fast as before.
Earlier this year, there was an article also mentioning this star's strange light-off, which was up to 19% in 100 years but this article was soon rejected.
This time it was different, Kepler's new discovery showed that Tabby's Star was turning off twice as fast before, but deeper information needed to be verified and studied by scientists before we could consider this to be official.
With this strange phenomenon happening, researchers are working to use the Cumbres Global Telescope Network to "scrutinize" Tabby's Star for another year, hoping to "catch" it up. glowing glow again. If this happens, more telescopes will come in, discovering what is really going on.
In the meantime, do not rush to celebrate that it is a structure built by some aliens. And if it is not an alien, it is still good news: we will discover a new cosmic phenomenon.
And finally, not every day we find out that a star system in that vast universe goes against every law of science we know.
