The new steel burning method helps to heat a steel bar up to 1200 degrees Celsius in just 12 seconds

Timothy Miller YouTube channel has proven to have a lot of heat and heating methods in a short time, only 12 seconds in any shape.

Miller is a professional blacksmith and he is very interested in sharing steel smithing techniques on YouTube.

In the video posted on YouTube channel Timothy Miller, viewers can learn more about a way of heating steel at temperatures up to 1,200 degrees Celsius in just 12 seconds.

The system uses inductors to generate heat. No need for giant kilns but the system can still heat up to 1,200 degrees Celsius for any metal material in extremely short time.

The principle behind this system is induction heating. Induction heating is defined as the process of heating an object by electromagnetic induction, by the heat generated from metal coils.

A heating coil can quickly heat another metal rod with temperatures ranging from 1,100 to 1,200 degrees Celsius in a very short time. However, the limitation of this method is only applicable to small steel bars.

Miller believes that this modern forging process will be applied in many parts of the world to help shorten the time to manufacture and train metal objects.
