The perfect time to drink coffee - just awake and still not sleepless at night

Drinking coffee too early will make you more tired, while drinking too late will cause insomnia.

According to a statistic on Reuters, 65% of Americans have to drink coffee every day, and 85% have a very high level of coffee use.

Why should we care about this number? That's because it shows the fact that many of us have a habit of drinking coffee.

Cafe must be drunk at the right time.

However, the cafe drinking story is still another reality, which is the side effects. Cafe must be drunk at the right time. When drinking in the wrong time frame, it will be counterproductive - either make you more tired, or make you fall asleep at the time you need the most sleep.

So what is the right time? Laura Cipullo - a famous American nutritionist recently shared a post on CNBC about this issue.

According to Cipullo, many people who have a habit of waking up have to drink coffee. This is actually a misconception, because drinking coffee too early can make you feel restless, excited too much. And if you drink before breakfast, your digestive system will not be happy about that.

Instead, the standard time is after waking up for a few hours.

The best time to drink coffee is around 9-11am.

Why? When we wake up, the hormone levels of cortisol - also called stress hormones - in the body are very large. You will feel anxious, tired of them. But if you drink coffee right now, the effect of cortisol will only increase and make you feel more tired later.

So according to Cipullo, the most standard time will be after a few hours, particularly in the 9-11 am .

"Should drink coffee when the body has reduced cortisol - about 3-4 hours after waking up " - Cipullo quoted.

Also, avoid drinking in the evening or late afternoon hours. Cipullo said that although the use of coffee only reaches its maximum within 30-60 minutes after drinking, caffeine can stay in the circulatory system and keep us awake for the next 6 hours. If you don't want to be sleepless at night, remember that.

In addition, Cipulla also advises that although coffee can bring some health benefits, it is not abused. When drinking too much, caffeine can cause anxiety disorders, irritating irritation, even causing chronic insomnia.
