Sleep is the most important thing everyone has to do every day to renew energy for the next day. Getting enough sleep can help prevent many diseases and health problems. If not, people will become emaciated and irritable.

Wake up on time every morning

Prepare bed

Do not eat sugary foods (including starch) and protein late at night

Stop drinking coffee

Drink hot tea or take a hot bath

Lunch for 20 minutes
