" Mr. Dong also commented that the uncontrolled import and illegal practice of traders caused the quality of traditional medicine to be seriously degraded. The situation of managing quality of pharmaceuticals is becoming more and more crisis if not said to be floating.

Even with sources of medicinal herbs grown domestically, management and professional agencies cannot control the quality. Most of the goods are purchased from many floating sources because Vietnam does not have any large-scale pharmaceutical farms. Medicinal herbs are collected arbitrarily, not in a certain season, so the active ingredient content is also unstable. Deputy Minister Le Ngoc Trong said that no one can be sure whether the medicinal ingredient is properly processed: " For example, there are herbs that need to be grounded , but people just star, dry it quickly, without a job. As the treatment effect may be lost, the preservation is not even achieved at the traditional medicine stores, but the medicine is contained in dirty sacks placed on the floor and dried on dirty yards. landmark very much ". According to Mr. Trong, until now, Vietnam has never issued a technical and professional process for the production, preparation, preservation and use of traditional medicines. This process is being prepared by the Ministry of Health, at least 5 years to complete.

The quality of the medicine is so good, the quality of the doctors is not better. Mr. Le Ngoc Trong urged: " We have a movement to standardize a physician, but this is not really ' standard '. People who already have a good understanding of medicine, who go to standardize to improve, do not say But many people who have never known anything about medicine go to standardize for a few months on treatment, which is very dangerous for people's lives, many localities are rushing to open classes to collect money, without noticing this situation ".

The need to treat with traditional medicine is getting bigger and bigger while the management is lax so the medical doctor "appears" much. Many people are not orthodox physicians, study a few places and then advertise to cure diseases, including cancer. The Ministry of Health once received a petition from a self-introduced person who has a family secret to cure AIDS (when the disease first appeared), has treated many people, requires the Ministry to recognize it. But when the Department tested, it was found that patients who were considered AIDS had cured that they had skin ulcers, HIV negative tests. The danger is that many langs can treat cancer, AIDS, and treat patients without the approval of health authorities.

Professor Trong said: "The Ministry of Health once checked the information of a doctor to treat leukemia for children. The above stories show that the authorities know very well the negative in the practice of private medicine and pharmacy, but there is no way to overcome it. The management of this area is still being done by methods for modern medicine and modern medicine, so it is inevitable that the areas of " warping " cannot be solved.
