The Richter 7.3-degree earthquake shook Nepal
A 7.3-magnitude quake struck today in northeastern Nepal, leaving the capital of Kathmandu to flee the streets.
Nepal has a 7.3-magnitude earthquake again
The earthquake occurred at 12:35 in the area of Namche Bazar town, near Mount Everest , about 68 km to the west, Reuters quoted information from the US Geological Survey (USGS). The epicenter was located at a depth of only 19 km, close to the camp starting on Mount Everest. This is the place that once suffered a great snowslide, causing 18 climbers to die when the earthquake of 7.8 Richter happened on April 25th.

International Organization for Migration (IOM) said the 7.3-magnitude quake struck today, killing at least four Nepalese.
" According to reports from the field, four people were killed by collapsing buildings, " AFP quoted Paul Dillon, IOM spokesman, as saying. All victims are in Chautara district, east of Kathmandu. This is the place that suffered heavily in the earthquake disaster 25/4.
Reuters quoted Vyasji, the head of the disaster settlement department of Bihar state, India, adjacent to Nepal, saying that two people were killed by the earthquake in a neighboring country. A man died from a collapsed house in Siwan district, about 250 km from the capital city of Patna.
The remaining victim is in Uttar Pradesh state. The earthquake also injured two people, Debashish Panda, official from Bihar state.
"This is really a big earthquake," said Prakash Shilpakar, a craftsman owner in Kathmandu.
Vibration can be felt throughout northern India , even the capital of New Delhi. The buildings shook for over a minute and the people fled out.
People in Kathmandu, Nepal, also quickly escaped.There is no information about damage yet . Many shops have closed.
Kathmandu capital on April 25 was also shaken by a magnitude 7.8 earthquake. The disaster destroyed or damaged more than 600,000 houses and affected 8.1 million people, or more than a quarter of Nepal's population. The Nepal Emergency Rescue Operations Center said Thursday that 8,019 people were killed, 17,866 were injured and 366 were still missing.
