International Organization for Migration (IOM) said the 7.3-magnitude quake struck today, killing at least four Nepalese.

The remaining victim is in Uttar Pradesh state. The earthquake also injured two people, Debashish Panda, official from Bihar state.

"This is really a big earthquake," said Prakash Shilpakar, a craftsman owner in Kathmandu.
