Many people recounted that they saw firsthand flying saucers and aliens in this area. In 1976, a German tourist took pictures of flying saucers near the magnet hill area at the Dead Spot. The photos clearly show an object that looks like a giant stew pot with a diameter of 10 m silver.

In addition to these strange phenomena, there are archaeological remains at Chihuahua death sites that have not been able to determine their age so far. It is an ancient observatory built up from 15m high stone blocks, weighing 20 tons / block. They are similar in shape to the stone pillars of the ancient Stonehenge stone beach in England. A meteorite falling at Chihuahua in 1959 has a crystal structure much older than the solar system. According to astronomer Luis Maeda Villalobos, this meteorite is about the same age as the universe, about 13 billion years old, while the solar system was formed 6 billion years ago.
