Finis's new audio transmission technology allows users to listen to water music up to 3 meters deep. Sound waves are transmitted through cheekbones, into the inner ear of the user. Dave Seiler, production manager for Finis, said the creative inspiration for this technology is derived from the way communication and the vibration of the dolphins sound in the water.

The Neptune consists of three parts, the middle of which is an OLED display that connects two speakers to the ear through a signal cable. Neptune's speakers can be attached to any swimming goggles on the swimmer's cheekbones.

Equipped with 4GB capacity, it can read popular music formats such as MP3, AAC and WMA. Battery life is about 8 hours for a full charge. Each device comes with extra charger cables and protective mesh bags, which sell for about £ 100.
