Clean energy currently does not meet the needs of the world.

The conference approved the "Clean Development Mechanism (CDM)" which came into effect in 2012, when the first phase of the Kyoto protocol implementation of climate change ended.

The CDM program encourages international investors to invest in hydropower projects, wind power, solar energy . to drastically reduce the burning of fossil fuel sources.

Rich countries can invest in these clean energy projects in the third world and are entitled to a greenhouse gas reduction target.

According to the UN Environment Program (UNEP), more than 40 clean energy projects have been implemented in developing countries so far.

The UN has developed a regulation to reform CDM program management and urged countries to make an emergency contribution of $ 18 million to finance the cost.
