The volcano woke up after 36 years

Plosky Tolbachik volcano, 3,085m high, located on Russia's Kamchatka peninsula, has been operating again after 36 years. Smoke and ash fly up can affect flights.

This volcano began to operate from the end of last week, erupting lava, haze from the sky. Volcanic experts fear, this eruption may affect regional flights, similar to the 2010 Eyjafjallajokull volcano in Iceland.
