  • Avoid sugary sports drinks .Sports drinks are great for compensating electrolytes after exercise, but when it's hot it's the best thing to avoid.Many drinks are high in sugar and caffeine, which can make your body feel thirstier.
  • Avoid protein-rich foods , do not give up, but reduce.In fact, protein-rich foods require 50-100% more energy to digest.Therefore, on hot summer days, you can eat more fruits and bread, instead of eating BBQ chicken.
