Two more deep-sea species were discovered

Scientists have discovered two more glowing ocean worms off the coast of California, USA.

These two deep-sea species belong to the Swima family, only 3cm long. The body is surrounded by swimming hairs that help them survive at a depth of 2.700m. Experts say that this deep-sea species can perform chemical reactions in the body to receive light even at the bottom of the ocean.
