Ho Chi Minh City: flooded roads, paralysis traffic

Railway is paralyzed

So far, some sections in Nha Trang area have returned the train speed of 15 km / hour. Particularly, damaged railway sections in Ninh Thuan have not yet been overcome due to prolonged heavy rains and fast flowing water.

Preventing floods and flooding
