Video: Floating cities can change shape and move

A company in the United States launched a futuristic floating city design with a safe and flexible structure, highly feasible.

According to Tech Insider, the idea of floating city Artisanopolis of Roark 3D won the architectural design competition organized by the Seasteading Institute in California, USA. The design serves as a model for future cities.

Artisanopolis is built by combining several interlocking buildings. Each floating house moves on the sea thanks to tugs. Movable structures to change the city layout.

Artisanopolis operates on solar power and hydroelectricity. The glass dome helps grow food inside. A surrounding wave wall protects the city from storms and big waves. Seasteading Institute is looking for a partner country that can invest in building Artisanopolis.
