Video: Stun with a full process 'hardship' to create a rubber band

A familiar string, items that we still use every day to tie and pack goods. Its presence is considered by everyone to be obvious, but most people don't know how the string is made.

The rubber, after being softened with heat and kneaded into a pile like kneading dough, will be put into a rolling machine to form thin rubber slices. The workers will cut and bundle the rubber into bundles and put it in a roll together with sulfur and some chemicals to make the rubber stronger and more supple.

Then, the rubber is very thin and rolled into small bundles to fit into the mold making machine. Each rubber roll is dyed and formed into very long, hollow rubber tubes. After being cooled with water, the rubber tube is inserted into an aluminum mold with a radius of a regular rubber band and then steamed at high temperatures.

In 1 hour, the machine cut half a million rubber bands.

After the steaming is done, the rubber is carried away 'washed and dried' and then inserted into the cutting machine to create rubber bands with uniform cross section.
