Ovo-Tech in Poland launched a machine capable of separating nearly 20,000 eggs per hour without breaking a yolk.

This machine specializes in separating eggs, it is called RZ-6. It can separate 19,900 eggs in an hour. This is a product of Ovo-Tech.
The eggshell was smashed inside the machine, the yolk and white then flowed along the slide, the slide had a small hole in the middle, which allowed the egg white to flow through, but it was not large enough for the yolk to fall.
