Video: The US Navy develops robots to spy like sharks
In order to spy on the enemy at sea, the US Navy developed a robot shaped like a shark. Even this reconnaissance robot named GhostSwimer can swim like real sharks.
This 1.5 meter robot shark can operate at a maximum depth of nearly 100 meters and can operate independently for long periods without military supervision.
GhostSwimmer is still in the development phase and in order to maintain direct control, one must connect to it with a 150-meter-long cord, otherwise connecting with GhostSwimmer should float to the surface to transmit data. whether it collected back to the base.
This robot is still in the process of testing and is not ready for actual reconnaissance campaigns. The US Navy has not yet revealed when it will enter the war.
