PAL-V Liberty can switch from flight mode to driving mode. The car takes less than 9 seconds to accelerate from 0-100km / h, can fly at a maximum height of 3,500m and carry two people. The suspension is low, allowing the aircraft to tilt when traveling on a curve. To operate the vehicle, the user needs both a driver's license and a pilot's license.

The manufacturer recommends that people use the track at least 280m to take off. It can land on the LZ much shorter than the takeoff.
