In fact, this new service-oriented architecture of Microsoft is still in the process of development and will be integrated into the prepaid user registration system of Microsoft partners worldwide. According to the PowerLine model, the fully licensed Windows version will be provided to public PC personal computer systems aimed at users who cannot afford a separate PC.
