To reach their current position, the couple are both Dr. Trinh - Huu and Diep (pictured) have to go a long way. From a small village in Bac Lieu, Vietnam, they have now become two experts of the US Aerospace Agency (NASA).
Two Vietnamese scientists married and worked with NASA for over 20 years. Currently Trinh Diep is a specialized engineer in construction materials, while Trinh Huu is an engineer in space science.

They worked together at NASA's Space Research Center in Huntsville, Alabama. Ms. Diep developed and tested materials for the rocket engine of the spacecraft, while Huu was the leader of the " LOX-methane " engine , using oxygen and liquid methane, with a target of used for vehicles moving on the moon.
From a small village in Bac Lieu province, they came to the United States in the early 1980s. Overcoming all financial and language difficulties, she earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Southern Illinois University and a doctorate at the University of Missouri. Grandparents have three girls who are studying and are very good at school. They are still in constant contact with their families in Vietnam and sometimes take their children to visit their homeland so they can understand the source.
