Vinegar - natural anti-fat

Japanese scientists have recently reported new evidence that regular vinegar - the raw material for making salads, salt (such as pickles), and many other foods - may actually be just as reputation is a drug that fosters the health of the people. They provide new evidence that vinegar can help prevent weight gain and body fat accumulation.

In a recent study, Tomoo Kondo and his colleagues pointed out that vinegar has also been used as an ancient folk remedy. People use it to treat many different diseases. Modern scientific studies show that acetic acid, the main component of vinegar, can help control blood pressure, as well as blood sugar and body fat accumulation.

Their new study shows that experimental mice that have a high-fat diet and acetic acid have less fat (10%) in their bodies than normal mice.

And what's important, the new study adds new evidence to confirm that acetic acid fights fat accumulation by activating genes that produce fatty acid oxidation enzymes. These genes produce proteins involved in the breakdown of fat, thereby blocking the accumulation of body fat.
