Watch out for personal secrets on Google Maps

The new "Street View" feature will allow users to view a series of images that are within a few tens of meters of the cityscape. Vehicles, people, sky, trees . will make the online world map more lively.

First of all, go to this address. Select Search the maps and Search results section. In the search box, type one of the names San Francisco, New York, Las Vegas, Denver or Miami to explore. In later stages, Google will take images of many other cities and countries following this model.

For example, looking for Las Vegas, the screen will appear as follows:

Horizontal toolbars include Street View (New), Traffic (Traffic), Map (frame), Satelite (satellite shooting, including terrain), Hybrid (combination of above factor).

The left-hand side is a scroll bar. The arrow cluster is used to move the map to the left, right, up and down (you can change the operation with the arrow keys on the keyboard). In the vertical bar, drag the cursor upwards to get a close-up view, drag downwards to move further (can be replaced by rolling around on the mouse).

When viewing the close-up to the maximum that the map supports (otherwise, they will report an error and you must back away), click on Street View or where the camera icon is located. At this time, the window will show an orange humanoid icon, and some routes will be highlighted in dark blue. Users will use the mouse to "grab" this person image wherever it is green and the corresponding image that Google captures will appear.

On this image window, there are noticeable vertical bars, which help you see a close-up of a point on the image; two arrows left and right will bring a 360o image of the surrounding landscape, from the current position. Just click on this arrow or press the left and right keys on the keyboard, the screen will spin so you can see the four sides.

Here are the pictures from a position on N4thStr road.
