When animals compete in height: Can humans make it into the top 10?

Humans are taller than 87.6% of all living mammals on Earth. However, compared to the representatives above, we are indeed just 'dwarfs'.
Let's compare the body sizes of animals on Earth, both living and extinct, to see which is the 'tall guy' of this planet.
