And the implementation of IT projects does not guarantee the main progress is due to insufficient preparation and synchronization of the above factors. We are currently lacking a national information architecture, there is not a comprehensive and synchronous plan on IT application from central to local levels.

There are many opinions that, in order to promote IT application in state units, the State should soon issue a legal document as a basis for software price norms as one of the effective solutions. . Do you agree with this proposal?

First of all, IT application in the State sector understands in a certain sense that investment in building information systems for the activities of State agencies from the State budget.
