So how can defeat sleepiness at work? According to Dr. Kerr, people should sleep for a short 15 minutes in the middle of the day.

"A 15-20 minute sleep will help your brain rest and increase your body's performance. Napping for 20 minutes is far more beneficial than getting 20 minutes more in the morning" - the doctor said. know.

Dr. Kerr claims that many studies show that a nap will temporarily increase brain processing performance and may last 2-3 hours.
