"When we try too hard to be happy, we will make ourselves miserable," said Debra Kissen, CEO of Light on Anxiety CBT Treatment.

Kissen recommends creating a gentle, comfortable psychology that should not be overly burdened. On holidays, you should maintain your health by getting enough sleep, eating clean, exercising and not drinking alcohol. You can listen to music, read a book or find a quiet place to relax.
