Windows Defender protects your PC in real time
Microsoft has released a second beta of Windows Defender Beta 2 anti-spyware application with significant changes in the user interface and full integration with Windows Vista.

Windows Defender Beta 2 is also improved on the graphical user interface as well as the interface of security alerts. Microsoft said to this point that Windows Defender Beta 2 has supported 64-bits operating systems and protection technologies for all users whether they have administrative access or not for their systems.
Another change in Windows Defender Beta 2 compared to Windows AntiSpyware is that the system tray icon is no longer available. Users can only see that Windows Defender is still running in the background when they receive an application warning.
Alerts will now no longer appear as pop-ups, but instead will mimic the warning gold balls inherent in Windows. However, Windows Defender Beta 2 warnings by default are not enabled.
Windows Defender also features automatic scanning and malware removal, multilingual support, technology support for people with disabilities .
Automatic update is another new feature in Windows Defender. The application will automatically download the scan engine updates and the list of malicious code software definitions.
