Work desk 'jogging' disease prevention

After 10 years of research, Dr James Levine in the UK has launched a 'jogging' desk that helps office workers prevent heart disease and other illnesses by doing too much work.

According to the Telegraph March 6, Dr. Levine asked an engineer to design his desk to run and test it himself more than ten years before testing it with office workers.

The 'jogging' desk is a treadmill that is attached to the desk to allow office workers to work comfortably while jogging.

The lower treadmill does not make noise, it is fast and not fast, which makes office staff feel comfortable while exercising and can work effectively.

A UK company agrees to test Dr. Levine's 'jogging' desk.

The company built a 'work-fitness room' with 30 'jogging' desks for employees to take turns working here.

More than 30 companies in the UK and a number of other countries have joined the study with Dr. Levine to analyze the health benefits that running desks bring.
