15 students became 'Bayer Environmental Ambassadors 2009'

On the afternoon of August 5, 15 outstanding students from the environmental solution proposal contest with the topic " Towards a green planet - Community needs your contribution" are awarded the title "Environmental Ambassador Bayer 2009 ".

After awarding 15 "Bayer Vietnam Environmental Ambassadors 2009", the organizers also announced two representative ambassadors to participate in an environmental field trip with representatives of 18 other countries in Germany in November. These two lucky students are Le Thai Son (Faculty of Foreign Economics, Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Trade and Le Mai Hoa (Department of Electronics and Telecommunications, Hanoi University of Technology).

The tour will create opportunities for young people to learn the principles and advanced environmental protection practices in Germany, and create a communication network to exchange experiences between the youth of 19 participating countries. After returning home, these two Ambassadors can participate in raising community awareness about sustainable development .

More than ever, we depend very much on the effort and enthusiasm of the world. Today's youth system in protecting the environment, protecting natural resources for generations to come, 'said a senior representative of Bayer in the region of Dominikus von Pescatore.

After 4 years of operation, the program awarded the title " Bayer Environmental Ambassador " to 70 students. These " Environmental Ambassadors " are considered one of the dynamic environmental volunteer forces.
