200 billion long-legged spiders are about to spread across the UK

Experts warn that 200 billion long-legged spiders that will hatch after the hot summer will spread throughout the UK in the fall.

According to the Mirror, about 200 billion long-legged spiders will hatch in the fall, after a hot summer in the UK, and will spread throughout the country.

This explosion of long-legged spiders will provide a plentiful source of food for wildlife like birds and other spiders before the winter approaches, Buglife charity charity said.

However, a foreign spiders named Tipula maxima , with a 10cm long stride, will also flow north from the ports in the south in warm weather.

"Long-legged spiders are moving north. They are not native animals in the UK, and come here from trading centers in the south like Dover and Kent. When summer is warmer, they have higher chances to spread and nest around houses, "said Rory Dimond of Buglife.
