25 life lessons of one of the world's oldest women
One of the world's longest living women celebrated her 116th birthday. With each of those five years of life experience, her advice must be imbued with the contemplation of the human situation.
1. "Go outside every day, even if it's just going around the building. The key to maintaining youth is to be active."
2. Investing in quality items, they will never be fashionable.
3. Don't look at the calendar, learn the habit of receiving every new day.
4. Always dress up every day, never dress up.
5. Always try and never give up.
6. Simple thinking, enjoying life, what comes will come. Get enough sleep, sip some Bailey milk before bed if you are cold - you will wake up very alert the next morning.
7. Never drink, smoke or try stimulants. Don't let anything make you mad, especially traffic.
8. I don't like stress. I could not stand the argument either. I want to be with positive thinkers who will revive their spirits rather than pull me down.
9. Exercise every morning. I have a training machine and usually pedal 150-200 cycles every morning. I will never leave the bedroom without practicing.
10. Always be honest. I rarely lie. When you are honest with people, people will be honest with you. It is too exhausting and laborious to maintain a lie. You don't need that extra stress.
11. Be open minded, things will become less weird and monstrous in your eyes.
12. Always listen to others, you will learn something. Try to sit down, because you will learn more when listening to someone say, instead of preaching to them what you know.
13. You must love the work you do. If you find such a job, each passing day will be a joy rather than a reluctant responsibility.
14. Naps every day.
15. You only have one family, so stick with them. There will be worse days than other days, and you have to accept it. The night before dawn is always the darkest time.
16. I always spend time observing and appreciating small things but making this life more beautiful. Every time I do that, I feel like time slows down.
17. Smile helps you stay healthy. You can survive by finding joy in everything. Find comfort in sadness, stand up from the tragedy. You can't just laugh and be angry and laugh and still feel sad.
18. Don't stick your nose around other people. Do not eat greasy fast food. Treat everyone in the way that you want to be treated by others like that, work hard and love what you do.
19. Explore your soul and find out what are your strengths. We all have strengths. I have 2 strengths: language and image. I use my typewriter, computer and camera to counteract injustice in life. Every time I see an opportunity to help someone in danger, I want to act.
20. An affair is very different from marriage because you can break it at any time.
21. Always busy. Try doing things you've never done before.
22. Live actively, don't complain, sit up and do it!
23. Do what you need to do. Don't analyze it so much, just do it.
24. Don't worry, don't want too much. Learn to be content with what you have. Be ready to share with friends and people less fortunate than you.
25. Try to understand your true self and accept it, but if you want to improve yourself, don't hesitate.
