Southeast Asia Zoo Association Annual Meeting with the theme
Annual Meeting of the Association of Southeast Asian Zoos with the theme " Let the zoo become more complete " has taken place from 11 to 13/9 in Ho Chi Minh City. Nearly 200 delegates from 27 countries and territories attended.
Currently, Vietnam has planned and built 87 national parks, nature reserves, historical and cultural zones with a total area of 1 million hectares. Saigon Zoo and Zoo and Hanoi Zoo have also achieved many results in breeding many endangered fauna of Southeast Asian fauna such as: pheasant star, white-tailed chicken, yellow-cheeked gibbon, leopard fire, cat scratch .
Ho Chi Minh City is carrying out a project to build a new 485-hectare animal-plant garden located in Cu Chi district, 60 km from the city center.
